#What is UGC CARE List Journals
To manage and match the global standards of high quality research, in all academic subject disciplines under its purview, the University Grants Commission (UGC) make some standard quality mandate to promote quality research, academic integrity and publication ethics and as per their quality mandate they provide some guidelines and protocols to journals publisher. And those journals which follow this quality mandate are the UGC CARE List journals.
As per the criteria UGC Care distributes journals in two grups (Group -I & Group- II). The Journals which is found qualified through UGC-CARE protocols are considered or included into UGC CARE List of Group-I. Following listed journals are group of UGC CARE Listed journals which covers Multidisciplinary subject areas and research areas of various Multidisciplinary disciplines.
#UGC CARE List Journals Mandate
The First List of UGC Care List Journals published in 28th of November, 2018 according to the Public Notice of UGC mandate of Consortium for Academic and Research Ethics (CARE).
#UGC CARE List Journals Groups
UGC-CARE List divided in to Two Groups. These are NOT hierarchic or ranked groups.
- UGC-CARE List Group I: Journals found qualified through UGC-CARE protocols
- UGC-CARE List Group II: Journals indexed in globally recognized databases (For. Eg. Scopus, Web of Science etc.)

Search the UGC care List as per your subject or area or interest and get details of journals from the UGC Care Portal or from the Journals website and fallow the guideline of journals for publication.
